Do You Have Liability Insurance?

Yes, we carry liability insurance. We can fax or e-mail a copy of our “proof of insurance” certificate directly to your event location.

TIP: This is a great question to ask of potential DJ’s during your interview process. If they pause, stutter and “um” it’s a sure sign they are cutting corners in their business practices which leaves you and your venue with a liability risk and a possible host of other problems. “Run Forrest Run!”

How Many Songs Do You Have?

Whatever music you want, we probably already have it, or we will get it! We have over 250,000 songs in our database and growing, top music in every genre from the 20’s to today! Weekly we add current releases and new chart hits. Within cell service we can “hotspot” our software and instantly access anything from the web or download from iTunes and beat mix seamlessly on the fly!

We are your music experts and consultants for all the traditional music and we ask you for your “must play favorites” for cocktail hour & dinner music and of course dancing, this is your day so whatever you request we provide and use our musical expertise to artistically mix your soundtrack. Requests are welcome!

Our exclusive Party Planning Material is provided and has plenty of room for your music ideas and will help guide you through the planning process. There is even a spot for your “Do Not Play” music list as well!

In the case you have a requested song that is obscure or a special version, we may ask you to provide a web link or an mp3 ahead of time, so that we may download or encode it to have ready to play day of your event. If your uncle Bob want’s to bring his favorite Polka CD day of, that’s okay too. As long as you like your uncle Bob’s taste and give us the thumbs up. It is your party after all!

How Do I Reserve My Date? A Deposit?

We request an industry standard 50% initial payment (retainer fee) along with your signed booking agreement to reserve your date. Balance will be due 7 days prior to your event, when agenda planning and music details are finalized.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept, Credit Cards?

We accept personal checks, Visa, MC, Discover, Amex and cash, for initial booking retainer, as well as the final balance, which is due 7 days prior to event when final planning is completed. At event, any balance due is paid cash, bank cashiers check, or credit card upon arrival prior to our performance.

Are You Affiliated With Any DJ Associations?

Yes, we are members of the ADJA American Disc Jockey Association (www.adja.org)

Do You Provide a Contract?

Yes, and we make it easy! We input your information with event details then send you a .pdf for your signature.

It’s important for both parties to sign an “agreement” to secure your event date and as proof of payment. It’s a great way to communicate concise expectations and have proof of “agreement” in writing.

Tip: Don’t do business with any DJ that doesn’t provide this! So many clients have told us stories of DJ’s that have flaked and left them high and dry! We will always put it in writing and follow through with integrity!

Do You Provide Music For Our Ceremony?

Yes, see “Ceremony Bliss” Package as well as many other options here on our website under Weddings! Mozart to Maroon 5, Enya to anything and of course all the traditional classical as well. It’s all part of the planning (page 1) of your easy breezy 4 Page Custom Wedding Planner!

Can You Make Us a CD?

Due to copyright laws and record label agreements we are unable to burn CDs or transmit purchased music. We will however provide a music “playlist log” after the event, by request.

Can You Create a Custom Event Package?

Yes we can! With your budget in mind we start by choosing one of our packages, we then consult and work together to custom create your event to meet your dreams and desires! There are many great options and additions available!

Do You Play Overtime if My Party Goes Late?

Yes, Overtime is additional performance time beyond original agreed playtime. Yes, we are available to go into overtime if you desire to extend your rocking party! Hourly overtime rate will be on your agreement and overtime can be pro-rated to the 1/2 hr. We check with you 15 minutes before scheduled end time, you let us know if you want to “Let the Good Times Roll”. Party on Wayne!
